Hi, I’m Dr.Madhavi, a General Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in medicine, and a deep, ongoing interest in the human mind and heart. Alongside my medical practice, I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which allows me to support my patients not just physically, but emotionally and mentally as well.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) adds another layer by exploring the connection between language, thoughts, and behaviour. NLP techniques can help reframe limiting beliefs, improve communication, and foster positive change — especially when someone feels stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.

Trauma-focused Care

Trauma-focused care underpins everything I do. Whether trauma is recent or from long ago, its effects can echo in our daily lives — in our bodies, relationships, and sense of self. My approach is gentle, client-led, and grounded in safety and trust. Together, we work at your pace to understand your story, build resilience, and support healing.
